Refund policy

At aDilemma, we take pride in offering high-quality apparel. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item:

  • Contact us at adilemmaclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange and send a replacement.

3. Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as limited-edition releases, promotional sales, and customized orders, are not eligible for exchanges.
